Return & Exchange Policy

Have you purchased a product from Prestige Abaya and it didn’t suit you? Don’t worry, you can exchange or return it according to the following terms and conditions:

1- Return & Exchange Method:

1- The exchange or return must be requested within (24 Hours) from the date of receiving the order.
2- Submit a request through the online store or contact customer service via WhatsApp to request an exchange or return.
3- In case of defects or incorrect items, please inform customer service via WhatsApp.

2- Return & Exchange Conditions:

1- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and original packaging.
2- Some products cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons (such as a niqab).
3- In case of damage, defect, or incorrect item, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We at Prestige Abaya will bear all shipping costs after receiving the product and confirming the issue.

3- Return & Exchange Fees:

1- The cost of exchange or return within the country will be deducted from the product value.
2- Non-refundable fees include:
•    Shipping costs 
3- In case of exchange, additional shipping fees will apply.

4- International Return & Exchange:

1- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties.
2- In case of defective or incorrect items, you will be compensated for the product value.
•    Please contact customer service via WhatsApp for return or exchange requests.

5- After Submitting a Request:

1- After submitting your request, a return label will be sent to you within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email.
2- You must return the product in its original packaging and ensure all items (including abaya accessories) are included.
3- The customer must hand over the shipment to the courier within 3 days.

6- What Happens After Sending the Product:

1- The products will be inspected within 48 hours after receiving them during business days.
2- After processing the request, we will:
• Add store credit to your wallet
or
• Issue a refund
3- Refund processing time is between 2 and 14 days, depending on the payment method.
