Offers & Discount Coupons:

The terms and conditions of each offer apply as announced on our social media platforms.
In case of promotional offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), exchange or return is not allowed for the free items.
If a discount code is used along with a free product offer, the free product offer will not be applied.
To benefit from free product offers, the customer must add the free item from the same collection included in the offer.
Customers are only allowed to exchange paid items in such offers after deducting shipping and exchange fees.
The original product price will be considered for exchanges after the offer period ends.
Return and exchange policies apply during promotional periods.
If multiple offers are available, only one offer can be applied per order.
If free exchange or return is offered, exchanges will be processed without fees, while return requests may include shipping service deductions.

Shipping & Delivery:

The store is not responsible if incorrect address or contact details are provided, or if the customer does not respond to courier calls.
If the order is not received, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping.
Free shipping or free exchange offers apply within Australia only.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
Free shipping or exchange offers can only be used once per order.
Free shipping or exchange offers do not apply to (scarves, niqab, dresses).
Delivery time within Australia is between 3 to 10 business days.
Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays.
If the order is not received, shipping fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If the customer requests reshipping, shipping fees will be charged again.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping is available in selected areas and will be announced on the website when active.
Delivery time may take up to 48 hours, depending on the area and order volume.
The store reserves the right to change the courier company to ensure faster delivery.
In case of weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be delayed.
The store reserves the right to suspend express shipping at any time based on operational conditions.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available to New Zealand only.
Delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days.
Shipping time may be affected by courier conditions or public holidays.
Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of return or exchange, the customer bears all shipping costs.
If the product has a defect or error, the customer will be compensated.
If the customer refuses to receive the shipment or pay customs fees, no refund will be issued.

Return & Exchange Terms:

1- After issuing the return label, the customer must hand over the item to the courier.
2- The store reserves the right to change the logo placement or design on products without prior notice.
3- Threads on abayas are not considered defects as they are part of the embroidery process.
4- If the abaya has been altered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
5- Color shades may vary slightly due to lighting during photography.
6- The color of scarves may slightly vary to match the design.

Payment Methods:

Available payment methods at Prestige Abaya include:
Online payment (Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay / PayPal).
Additional service fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellation:

Orders paid via (Visa / MasterCard / Apple Pay / PayPal) will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days depending on the payment provider.
For bank transfer payments, customers must provide their bank details, and refunds will be processed within 2 to 14 business days.

Voucher Terms & Conditions:

Use of Electronic Vouchers:
In addition to these terms, the following applies to electronic vouchers issued by Prestige Abaya.
Using a voucher means you agree to these terms.
The store reserves the right to cancel any voucher at any time.
Vouchers are the property of the store and cannot be transferred, copied, or resold without permission.
Unauthorized distribution of vouchers will make them invalid.

Permitted Use:

• Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
• Only one voucher can be used per customer.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used on discounted items.
• Minimum purchase requirements may apply.

Returns & Exchanges with Vouchers:

The value of the voucher will not be included in returns or exchanges. Refunds will be calculated after deducting the voucher value.
